About Me
Welcome to my blog! I am an illustrator of children's books and magazines. My latest book is coming out this spring called "Haiku For You". Followed shortly by "Ladybugs in School".
I didn't always draw and paint for children's literature. I use to work as a production designer for movies, television and commercials. I designed a bunch of fun sets but my favorites are a spooky graveyard, a 15th century Japanese courtyard, a Hawaiian village, and a circus big top painted like American flags.
I have recently started painting with pastels and I am loving the bright colors!
